You have to do what works for you for that day, in that moment. Let go of perfection, lean into flow. If you master the first two beliefs, this gets easier.

Emotions are held in the body
Moving your body unlocks emotions; and allowing those feelings to be expressed, further enriches the benefits of movement.

Create a healthy relationship with food
Food is vital; it's your power. Food is fuel, it's not the problem... unless you make it a problem. Health can be simple.

The body must communicate with itself
Teach the body to have communication between cells, tissues, organs, muscles, facia, etc. and you'll feel amazing.

Mental health, gut health, muscular health
You can't optimize one without the other.

The body provides quick feedback
Learn to listen to your body. While big changes take time, the body will provide feedback along the way to know you're on the right path.
